Retail Shop & Gardens

Blumen Gardens, in Sycamore Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, carries more than 1,400 varieties of plants, specializing in unusual and hard-to-find perennials, annuals, vines, ornamental grasses, Illinois plants, roses, trees and shrubs. We have over 2,000 sq. feet of indoor shopping space housed in a renovated brick factory in addition to our outdoor garden center and display gardens. Knowledgeable staff will guide you in your gardening endeavors, help you find the perfect gift for a special event and answer any of your questions, including landscape maintenance. 

Nursery

Our perennials garden plants & containerized trees & shrubs are grown on-site in our nursery. Every year we keep expanding our selection through customer suggestions and new finds Joel and Joan can’t wait to share. We spend each winter searching for plants that will intrigue and entice all your senses. We hope that you will enjoy the search for new plants at Blumen Gardens as much as we enjoy finding them for you.
