Chef Michael Staver is an award-winning barbeque chef; he is currently a chef/instructor at Kendall Culinary College and the University of Illinois at Chicago teaching The Art of Barbeque, Food Science, Cheese Making, Vegetarian Cooking, among others. He’s appeared in the Chicago Tribune and the Journal Standard for his culinary skills and works with Learn Great Foods in Mt. Carroll.
