Pat Faivre, owner of Accupuncture Health Center, demonstrates herbal first-aid, using herbs available at Blumen Gardens that you can easily grow in your own garden. Attendants to this class will receive 25% off Herb purchases today!

3:30pm – YOGA - SLOW FLOW HATHA

Jessica Baack, owner of Lotus Moon Yoga, conducts this class,
bringing you into a state of wholeness & re-alignment with nature.
