Blumen Gardens, which started in Joan and Joel Barczak's backyard in 1989, has grown into 3,500 sq. feet of indoor/outdoor retail space, both a maintenance and a construction division and an award-winning design team.
"Our backyard nursery played a crucial role in our early development as a landscape business. However, it wasn't long before our horticultural endeavors quickly out-grew this space. In 1995, we purchased an abandoned industrial lot across from our home. This space, along with its vintage brick warehouse, provided the perfect locale for our growing company.
By 2000, the Blumen Gardens family had grown to 10 retail employees, a crew of 15 maintenance and construction workers, and 3 landscape designers. Today, despite our larger size, the staff of Blumen Gardens continues to cultivate the dream we planted in our backyard 16 years ago."

Well before the first bloom of spring, Blumen Garden's decorators were busy detailing our shops for the new season with continued changes through the winter holidays. With over 2,000 sq. feet of indoor shopping space, the renovated factory space and little white shop are overflowing with vintage-inspired garden art and classic garden urns, statuary, fountains and more. Outdoors, you will discover fantastic plants in our extensive display gardens and pond. The educated staff of plant aficionados collaborate to bring your ever-evolving, beautiful plant combinations, garden design ideas and answers to your most difficult questions.
